(hereinafter referred to as "we") has established this warranty policy for electrical appliances sold on the ffvtmm.com website, providing you with professional and efficient after-sales service.
I. Warranty Basic Information
Scope: This policy applies only to users in Singapore who purchase electrical appliances on the ffvtmm.com website. These products must be genuine, official products (not second-hand, refurbished, or resold through third-party channels).
Warranty Period: Within one year from the date you receive your product, you will receive free warranty service for any faults that fall within the scope of this policy. (Warranty covers the cost of parts and labor required for repair, but does not include shipping costs for return shipments. Please refer to the "Warranty Process" for details.) II. Circumstances Eligible for Warranty
During the warranty period, if your electrical appliance experiences any of the following malfunctions not caused by human error, you may apply for warranty service:
Performance Failure: The product fails to power on properly, core functions fail (e.g., a rice cooker fails to heat, vacuum cleaner suction is abnormal, humidifier does not mist), frequent errors or freezes during operation;
Quality Issues: Material defects (e.g., cracked casing, loose connectors), or natural damage to components (not caused by external impact or improper use);
Other Issues: Other issues noted as "Warranty Covered Within Normal Use" in the product manual, and verified by our technical team as non-human error. When applying for a warranty, you must provide the following supporting documentation (all required):

Product receipt record (such as a screenshot of the shipping receipt or a photo of the paper receipt);
Clear photos or videos of the product failure (must include the product model and the problem to facilitate the technical team's initial assessment).
III. Warranty Service Process
Submitting a warranty application: You can submit an application via our official email address: service@ffvtmm.com. Please specify "[Warranty Application] + Order Number + Product Model" in the subject line. The body of the email should include: your name, phone number, order number, product model, description of the problem, photos/videos of the problem, and receipt record. We will respond within one business day.
For urgent communication, please call our legal representative, Mr. Li Lei, at 19272577124 (weekdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Please state your warranty request and order information, and we will assist you in compiling your application documents. Fault Verification and Solution Confirmation:
Our technical team will initially determine the cause of the fault based on the materials you provide. If the problem can be resolved without returning the product (e.g., with operating instructions or simple parameter adjustments), we will provide a detailed solution via email or phone.
If the product needs to be returned for inspection and repair, we will provide you with a specific return address (which should be consistent with our company address and return address: Room 205, Unit 1, Building 51, Xiajitang Village, Chengxi Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province (self-declared)) and provide shipping instructions (such as protective packaging and a note with the order number and problem description).
Product Inspection and Repair:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct a professional inspection within 3 business days to confirm whether the problem meets the warranty requirements.
If the problem meets the warranty requirements, the repair will be completed within 5-7 business days (complex problems requiring extended repair time will be communicated with you in advance). After the repair is completed, the product will be shipped back to Singapore via free shipping. Upon return, you will receive a tracking number for tracking purposes. If the product does not meet warranty requirements, we will notify you of the inspection results and the reason for the warranty denial via email or phone. If you require repair at your own expense, we will provide a repair quote (including parts and labor costs) for your confirmation before proceeding. If you do not wish to repair the product, the product will be returned in its original condition (shipping costs are your responsibility and will be confirmed with you before return).

IV. Circumstances Excluded from Warranty
The following situations are not covered by this warranty policy and we will not provide free warranty service:
Products exceeding the "one-year warranty period";
Product failures caused by improper use (such as drops, impacts, water damage, mismatched voltages, unauthorized disassembly and modification, failure to follow the instructions, etc.);
Product damage due to force majeure (such as natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, or damage caused by improper packaging during transportation);
Product wear and tear (such as scratches, stains, or minor deformation of the outer shell) that does not affect core functionality;
Product warranty documentation (such as order numbers and receipt records) cannot be provided, or the information on the documentation does not match the actual product information;
Products not sold on the ffvtmm.com independent website (such as purchased from other platforms, resold second-hand, or pirated products).
V. Other Notes
Return and Exchange Policy: If a product malfunctions within the "7-day free return and exchange" period, you may choose to return or exchange it. If the return or exchange period expires but the product is still within the one-year warranty period, you may apply for warranty service in accordance with this policy.
Policy Publicity and Updates: This warranty policy will be posted permanently in the "After-Sales Guarantee" section of the ffvtmm.com homepage.
